Pulse downloader does not work
As it’s written in your purchase e-mail if you have any problems with Pulse downloader, then you can e-mail us [email protected] for manual links.
Is there VAT or any tax? What if I have a VAT ID?
Customers can provide their valid VAT ID at the time of purchase. For those who provide a VAT ID, no VAT will be charged and the VAT ID will be included on the invoice we provide upon completion of the purchase. This checkbox is located on the checkout page.
We work with FastSpring. Wavelet Audio doesn’t handle transactions directly (these are handled by FastSpring).
There are missing samples when I load the library
All files on our servers have been verified to be 100% correct and complete. If there are missing samples, there are only three possibilities:
- An error occurred during the extraction of the files.
- Your downloads did not complete fully.
- You moved the samples of resources folder somewhere. So, the library hierarchy was broken. Try batch -> resave to resolve it.
Native Access does not work / There is no downloading option
Please contact Native Instrument, as Wavelet Audio is not the developer of Native Access.
Or try reinstalling Native Access. This usually helps.

Yes, we do! E-mail us [email protected] for additional information. Please, provide us with the documents to look over. The student (or teacher) ID is sufficient. Your documentation should be in English or Russian. Or, please, include a translation. If in doubt, please provide us with a couple of documents to look over. Please also ensure that any photos/scans are clear and readable.
Students of online music courses are not eligible for educational discounts.
Can I use your samples for commercial use? Are your samples royalty-free?
Yes, our samples are royalty-free. Yes, you can use all purchased samples you download from Wavelet Audio in commercial and non-commercial uses as a part of your music composition. The details are written in our Terms of Use.
