Is there VAT or any tax? What if I have a VAT ID?
Important note! The customers can provide their valid VAT ID at the time of purchase. For those providing a VAT ID, no VAT Tax will be charged, and the VAT ID will be included on the invoice we provide at purchase completion. This checkbox is located on the checkout page.

We work with FastSpring. EU laws require them to charge VAT Tax (sales tax) on purchases of electronically delivered products for buyers based in the European Union. FastSpring is required to charge VAT Tax at the VAT rate of the buyer’s country. Wavelet Audio do not personally collect any tax.
There are missing samples when I load the library
All files on our servers have been verified to be 100% correct and complete. If there are missing samples, there are only three possibilities:
- An error occurred during the extraction of the files.
- Your downloads did not complete fully.
- You moved the samples of resources folder somewhere. So, the library hierarchy was broken. Try batch -> resave to resolve it.
What does your company do?
- We primarily create sample instruments for modern composers & sound designers.
- We do Kontakt scripting.
- We do GUI graphic design.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes, we do! E-mail us [email protected] for additional information. Please, provide us with the documents to look over. The student (or teacher) ID is sufficient. Your documentation should be in English or Russian. Or, please, include a translation. If in doubt, please provide us with a couple of documents to look over. Please also ensure that any photos/scans are clear and readable.
Students of online music courses are not eligible for educational discounts.
Can I use your samples for commercial use? Are your samples royalty-free?
Yes, our samples are royalty-free. Yes, you can use all purchased samples you download from Wavelet Audio in commercial and non-commercial uses as a part of your music composition. The details are written in our Terms of Use.
